MusiPlug contributor Cassidy (Cass) is a multi-medium creator currently based in Cleveland, Ohio. Her favorite modes of creation are poetry, dance, and culinary art. Born and partially raised in southern California, as well as southeast Michigan where she spent her young adulthood, Cassidy’s influence for her art and musical expression is an amalgamation of all the places she’s lived. In 2017 she earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University, and has a fierce passion for advocacy and representing intersectional feminism, the queer community, and the working class through her creative work. On any given day you can find Cassidy in the outdoors or curled up with a stack of books. She also loves running, practicing yoga, upcycling goods, going to shows, going dancing, talking extensively about music, making experimental beats and remixes, and creating “mood” playlists.
